By accessing or using GetInsuredATLs website, systems, software, or tools (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. Access does not grant ownership of any system, software, or underlying technology.
2. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass safeguards or interfere with system security.
3. SMS Messaging & Consent Requirements
GetInsuredATL may send SMS messages to individuals who have expressly consented to receive text messages from CrownX, including messages related to insurance inquiries, requested information, and follow-up communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Users of the GetInsuredATLs platform must ensure that all contacts submitted for messaging have provided the consent required by applicable law. The use of scraped or unauthorized contact lists is prohibited.
4. Suspension & Termination
GetInsuredATL may suspend or terminate access at any time if misuse or risk is detected. Termination does not eliminate obligations under separate agreements.
5. No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetInsuredATL shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Platform.
7. Relationship to Service Agreement
Paying customers are also governed by the Service Agreement, which controls in case of conflict.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
